What does my Order Status mean?
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled and will not be processed.
Not Paid: The order process was started, but no payment attempt has been done yet.
Payment in Process: The order was registered successfully, but we have to wait for the payment to be processed.
Paid: The order has been paid and we are ready to process.
Order in Process: The order is being picked and packed.
Order Complete: The order is complete and dispatched.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, once a sales order is paid and gets the status 'order in process' it is final.
How can I get a promotion code?
We announce promotion codes and other promotions to our customers by e-mail or social media. If you would love to receive more of RayLuv promotion codes and other promotions directly, follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
I have forgotten to use my promotion code on my order.
Unfortunately promotion codes can only be used at the time of ordering. After your sales order is paid, and in process, it is final and cannot be changed. If you do not want to throw your promotion code away, you can use it the next time or share it with your friends.
What is my shipping cost?
Your shipping costs (on orders where shipping is not FREE), are calculated at the checkout page of your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders are trackable! You will receive a parcel track link from us once items are dispatched.
My parcel has arrived damaged, or, the wrong product was delivered.
In case something went wrong with your order, please email us at email@example.com in less than 48hrs for the order to be applicable for return. Please provide us your order number. We will do everything we can to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
